Come and visit the one hundred acre woods, the perfect place to spend a summer’s day, where there are places to picnic, pine trees galore, bridges to cross and plenty of spots in which to enjoy a thoughtful moment. Hawkstone was created it in the early 18^th century, with the ancient Red Castle and dramatic landscape providing the inspiration for a series of Follies, which form the backdrop of the park.  And this is what will really spark your imagination from the White Tower to the Swiss Bridge, Gothic Arch to the Hermitage, which are reached through Rhododendron Jungle and Dragon’s Wood.Excitement for all the family is brimming at every corner of a walk around the park, which takes between 2 and 3 hours, according to the path that you choose and the adventures you have on route, with caves to explore and monuments to climb!
