The Cranleigh Arts Centre, 20 minutes away from Guildford; is a thriving creative venue with a full programme of events ranging from side splitting comedy, live music gigs, international and blockbuster film screenings, inspiring theatrical performances, thought provoking exhibitions and innovative workshops.With a welcoming café, licensed bar and friendly staff too, we also hire rooms out for birthdays, anniversaries and more! A local success story, Cranleigh Arts Centre is one of the few arts venues in the UK that operates without any regular funding. We are proud to say that Cranleigh Arts Centre earns 85% of its income from ticket sales, room hire, merchandising, coffee bar and bar. Only 15% of our income currently comes from grant making trusts and public funds, whilst many arts centres depend on around 50% of their income coming from regular public funding.
