Wensleydale Cheese Visitor Centre

2013-08-14

Make a pilgrimage to the Wensleydale factory in Hawes - from the cheese viewing gallery, peer at hat- and apron-adorned artisans stirring whey and curds and the like as they craft delicious Wensleydale cheese. Also the gift shop is not to be missed - I never thought you could do so many things with Wensleydale.
